Morningside

Neil represents the Morningside ward, which covers Braid Hills, Bruntsfield, Comiston, Greenbank, Marchmont, Merchiston, Morningside, Polwarth and Viewforth.

He sits on the Governance, Risk, and Best Value Committee and the Licensing Sub-Committee. He also chairs the Regulatory Committee.

After five years of service to his community, Neil was re-elected with a fresh commitment to: 

  • Continue to work hard for the whole of Morningside Ward,  
  • Listen to local people and stand up for them, and
  • Keep in touch all year round through the Citizen and my regular email newsletters.
