At Thursday's Council meeting, Councillor Neil Ross got backing to improve HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupation) licence standards across Edinburgh.
The ongoing closure of Murrayfield Place is causing particular problems, but Now that the cold weather has receded, these should be completed within the next 2 weeks or so and Roseburn should begin to return to normal.
Significant surface flooding was a serious problem over Christmas and the New Year.
Both sites are under threat, and many residents have been in touch with concerns.
The rollout of the new bin hubs is currently taking place in Roseburn, Coltbridge and parts of Corstorphine.
The biggest issue residents have been contacting us about recently are poor road & pavement conditions.
After it was damaged at the end of last year, there is now a plan to repair the Blue Bridge.
