Hal Osler was first elected as councillor for Inverleith in 2017.

Hal's priorities for Inverleith are:

  • Making sure our paths, pavements and roads are fit for purpose
  • Making Inverleith more accessible and safer for all to enjoy
  • Investing in our parks and greenspaces
  • Improving recycling provision and reducing fly-tipping
  • Investing in flood mitigation
  • Increasing and improving publicly available and accessible toilets
