Update on Communal Bin Review rollout in phase 4 areas - Southside, Sciennes and St Leonards

From 13 March 2024 work will begin to install the infrastructure for bin hubs for areas in controlled parking zone 3 and 7. Simultaneously, the Council will deliver new/refurbished bins for mixed recycling, glass and food waste to ensure the hubs are set up with the standard layout. This will require changes to parking and loading restrictions as per Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), approved by Licensing Sub Committee in December 2023.
