Tennis Courts in St Margaret's Park

The St Margaret's Park tennis court refurbishment programme is now well under way.

The court will see the introduction of a new booking system which will hopefully ensure that players will be guaranteed a match.

Local Lib Dem councillor Fiona Bennett said, "I am delighted to see this work going ahead, and look forward to it's completion.

"However, I am concerned to see that one of the footpaths on entering the park has been damaged by tree roots and I am looking into repair work to reduce the potential risk to walkers, particularly those with mobility problems."
