Lib Dems launch campaign for new GP practice

With a growing crisis in terms of local GP services, the local Liberal Democrat team has launched a major campaign for a second GP practice in Queensferry.

Despite the hard work of staff at South Queensferry Health Centre, the growth in population across the area means they are struggling to cope.

Cllr Louise Young said, “Many local people can struggle to get a GP appointment when they need one. The practice has already announced it has closed its patient list to new registrants. It is clear that Queensferry needs a second local GP practice.”
