Lib Dems fight to save Telford/Roseburn Path

Following a recent Transport and Environment Committee meeting, the next phase of the tram project was agreed upon. A concerning point about this is that one of the suggested routes in the Roseburn-Telford path.

Local Lib Dem councillor Hal Osler said, “Many residents have been in touch expressing their worries about the loss of this vital greenspace. The path is more than just a travel route. It has become a haven for so many in the community and is an important wildlife corridor in the middle of the city. We need to draw a red line and send a clear message that this well-loved space deserves protection because, once it is gone, its gone.”
