Greenbank/Meadows Cycle Route update

The Council has recently published a draft traffic order for the Greenbank/Meadows Cycle Route seeking comments from statutory consultees, such as Police & Fire Services and including councillors. A final version for comments from residents will follow along with the implementation of the changes agreed in March 2024. I don’t yet have a date for this final version but will publicise it when I do. It is 18 months since the decision to change the scheme was made in March 2024. No-one expected it to take this long. We need to make this work, even if it isn’t perfect.
