Easter Road deserves better pavements

The movement to get better pavements for walking and wheeling on Easter Road has taken a massive step recently, as Easter Road was confirmed on this year's Council resurfacing list.

"Thanks to everyone who signed my petition. The Council are now set to resurface six parts of Easter Road's pavements after our campaign, which is a good start.

In the meantime, multiple constituents have highlighted multiple bits of metal from toppled poles and bollards are sticking out, such as under this cone. I've requested the Council remove these as a matter of urgency."

The Lib Dems are continuing to push for a complete resurfacing.
