Drum Brae Crossing finally in sight?

Work on the long-awaited lights-controlled crossing at the junction of Drum Brae North and Drum Brae Drive is now planned to begin in mid-May this year.
The crossing has been promised for years, but delayed time and time again.
Local Lib Dem councillor Robert Aldridge said, “It’ll be great to see this long awaited project finally kicking off, but the number of delays has been awful. Several residents have told me that they’ll believe it when they see it - and it’s hard not to agree!
“This crossing is desperately needed - it must not be delayed any longer.”
