Downie Grove Path

We are really pleased that after residents raised concerns about the condition of the path between Downie Grove and Corstorphine Road, the council have agreed to install a new street light which will make the path safer for all users. 

During budget negotiations, improving path safety was a priority for the Liberal Democrat Group. 

Cllr Euan Davidson said: “The path between Downie Grove and Corstorphine Road has felt neglected in recent years, it is really positive to see the funding that we secured for measures like additional street lighting materialising in better conditions”
