Controlled Parking Review

Many may remember a number of years ago a review was being conducted across the city with regards to possibly bringing in more controlled parking, the idea was that it was to be brought in, in phases.  The role out has been massively delayed for a number of reasons but finally phase three which impacts the Kimmerghame/Grigors/Fettes/Craigleith/Orchard areas is out for consultation.
