Carrick Knowe Flooding

After the flooding earlier this year, we raised concerns about repeated incidents around the top of Carrick Knowe Avenue.
This resulted in officers investigating the cause of the repeated "pooling" it has been identified that there was an old-style gully that makes it more susceptible to flooding.
Thanks to this investigation the gully will now be replaced with a newer model that should reduce flooding incidents.
