Open the Powderhall path

The old Powderhall railway line as seen from the bridge on Broughton Road

The old railway line could be a fantastic walking, wheeling and cycling route connecting Saint Mark's Park to Leith Walk, Easter Road and Meadowbank.

Network Rail Scotland, who own the land, are still to put a price to Edinburgh Council, which has stalled progress.

Open the Powderhall Path

I/we the undersigned call on Network Rail Scotland to engage with the City of Edinburgh Council and help facilitate the old Powderhall Railway line's conversion to a public path for walking, wheeling and cycling.
