Recycling Christmas Trees

If you have had a real Christmas tree, then you can get it collected by the Council for recycling into compost.

You can find out which day your street will be collected by clicking here.

You could also take it to a local recycling centre by using the online booking form here.

Alternatively, the Friends of Cammo are looking for trees which can be used as deadwood to create habitat piles in the Cammo estate. If you would like to contribute your tree to this, then just bring the whole tree (no need to cut it up unless you have to for transport!) and leave it at the side of the Lodge or at the side of the North or South car parks.

The Friends will then move them into the woods and cut them up or put them under the young field oaks.
