Allow Newborn Parents to ‘Bubble’

Edinburgh Northern and Leith candidate Rebecca Bell and the Scottish Liberal Democrats are calling on the Scottish Government to allow parents and guardians of children under 1 years old to 'bubble-up' with another family for support. Scotland's First Minister didn't agree to our request in Parliament.

The extended household policy in England was expanded last year to allow new parents to bubble up with another couple with a baby under one for support.

All of the public health measures across our nations are underpinned by the same science and the same specialist advice. So it's up for our government to use this when making policy.

Do you know someone who could benefit from this help? Would you and your baby benefit from peer support? Please sign this, and tell your friends. Hopefully we can persuade the First Minister, and help more families
