Decision on Former Bank of Scotland, Holy Corner

The Council’s Development Management Sub Committee has recently approved plans submitted by Signature Pubs Ltd. for a change of use from commercial (former bank) to a pub/restaurant (Class 3) with outside eating space to the front.

The original plans have been amended to leave the route of the Right of Way open and to reduce the impact of the rear extension on the existing church nursery.  In addition, in order to reduce the impact on the amenity of neighbouring residents, a condition has been imposed to restrict the use of the outside seating area to 0800 to 2100 Monday to Saturday and 0900 to 2000 on Sundays.
