The roll-out of full-fibre digital infrastructure across Edinburgh (and other cities) has been causing problems for residents.
Some have found their access blocked to their driveways, while others have complained that pavements have not been repaired properly after they have been dug up. CityFibre’s contractors will be back at full capacity from the 11th of January and it is to be hoped that they are more considerate of residents than they were in 2020.
You should be notified in advance of CityFibre’s starting work in your area, although there have been some hiccups with the notification process too. Please get in touch if you have problems.
